Good experienec in EPC, Business Development and PPP model
: a.Business Development : Create healthy pipeline projects (ones likely to be finalized with the current financial year) as per target agreed as well as enable Secure Targeted Orders for the year for Capital Projects in favour of Wabag as well as through one or more of the following activities :
1.CRM : Entry in CRM on every new enquiry & update same regularly with status based on visits & meetings
2.Work with Cluster organization to identify and Co-develop business opportunities.
3.Enhance opportunity size by effective collaboration / alignment in every activity and reducing the duplication
4.Educate customers on Concession, BOOT, Annuity, TOT, ECA funding for capital projects through presentation, workshops, Seminars etc
5.Checking for opportunity for unsolicited bids evaluate available DPRs for feasibility of Project under any of the capital project funding possibilities.
6.Influencing the Pre-qualification, Budget, terms of contract in favour of Wabag Submission of RFQ.
7.Identify partners for technical & commercial pre-qualification sign MOUs for projects when found suitable
8.Identify & appoint agents where required
9.Conduct workshop/training/presentations for inhouse team of BD, Sales, Proposal team in Cluster for educating them on BOOT, Annuity, TOT, ECA funding etc
10.Innovate and offer solutions to target customers for resolving their water / waste water issues
11. Network with Consultants, Transaction Advisors and potential customers & build Brand Wabag
12.Support Sales and Proposal Team in due diligence exercise. Support Execution team in resolving issues where possible leveraging relationship
13.Preparing MIS ( Marketing)
